Contract under number 1000 is with municipality Suvorovo, which for the first time is beneficiary on FLAG’s funds. The loan amount is BGN 331 639 for project financed by OP “Regions in growth” 2014-2020 with total value of BGN 1 167 759,51.
Municipality Suvorovo project is linked with reconstruction and equipment for Vocational High School of Agriculture in Suvorovo city, which is one of the oldest and most established vocational school in region of Varna. Founded in 1925, the high school is successor of the Winter Agriculture school – first school of its kind in Northeast Bulgaria.
Suvorovo is the 206th Bulgarian municipality which trust FLAG’s fund. For its 10 years of history, the Fund has granted loans for over than BGN 1,1 billion with which projects have been financed for total value of BGN 5,7 billion.
Sustainable finance instrument and trusted partner to local authorities, FLAG provided new financial recourse of BGN 100 million to support municipal project for current program period 2014-2020.
